Our printer is a print on demand shop located in New York. We are typically printed and shipped on Mondays. Sometimes stock decks are shipped more often; on rare occasion we may get skipped a week.
You should generally expect to have your deck in hand within 3 weeks and should reach out if your tracking is not showing progress by then (or has been stuck in one place for too long).
The cards are printed on the same paper as official product and have the same weight and thickness. Symbols are legible and text is sharp.
The cards are cut using a standard poker die punch. Official cards are exactly 1/32″ shorter and 1/64″ narrower than a standard poker card. This difference is not noticeable once the card has been sleeved.
Note that penny / perfect fit sleeves will not fit due to this. We personally use Dragon Shield, but any standard opaque sleeve will work.
Cards are printed on demand and sent straight from a third party print service to you. At no point do we store or ship cards directly, so we can not accept returns or offer refunds for general dissatisfaction.
With that said, if there is anything wrong with your order – it doesn’t arrive, it’s damaged in shipping, you receive the wrong cards, a card was printed incorrectly – rest assured we will refund or replace as soon as possible.

There is no mailing list. We will not email you unless there is a specific issue with an order you have made.
We don’t store payment information of any kind on this site.
