Our printer is a print on demand shop located in New York. We are typically printed and shipped every 5-10 business days. On rare occasion we may get skipped an additional week.
You should generally expect to have your deck in hand within 3 weeks and should reach out if your tracking is not showing progress by then (or has been stuck in one place for too long).
The cards are printed on the same weight of stock as official product and have the same weight and thickness. Symbols are legible and text is sharp.
The cards are sized identically to standard cards and will work with any sleeve.
Cards are printed on demand and sent straight from a third party print service to you. At no point do we store or ship cards directly, so we can not accept returns or offer refunds for general dissatisfaction.
With that said, if there is anything wrong with your order – it doesn’t arrive, it’s damaged in shipping, you receive the wrong cards, a card was printed incorrectly – rest assured we will refund or replace it.

We use Google Analytics to track general site use. All data is anonymized. It is not tied to your account.
There is no mailing list. We will not email you unless there is a specific issue with an order you have made.
We don’t store payment information of any kind on this site.
Your account can be deleted on request by contacting us.
